Who doesn’t love a good self-development book? They’re a great way to stay motivated and inspired. But with our busy lives and schedules it’s not always possible to sit down and read a book. This doesn’t mean that we have to give up on feeling inspired. Quotes can often have the same positive effects and can set your mind straight when you need a bit of motivation. Much like affirmations a good quote can help reframe your negative thoughts, boost your confidence, ease anxiety, provide stress relief, and make you feel overall good. Today I want to share some of my absolute favorite quotes that have had the same inspiring effect on me and my life. I come back to them whenever I need a pick me up.
